白汁雞皇飯


白汁雞皇飯



材 料 :

 1 杯雞肉片

1/2 杯洋荵片

1/2 杯紅椒片

1/2 杯青椒片

1/2 杯白菌片

2 杯白忌廉汁

1 隻雞蛋黃

1 湯匙些厘酒

 白飯適量


 鹽、

胡椒粉及

牛油各適量



做 法 :

(1) 燒熱鑊下油,炒香洋荵片、青、紅椒及白菌,

 再放入雞肉、白忌廉汁,拌煮片刻。

(2) 食時再加入雞蛋黃、些厘酒和調味料拌勻,拌

 以白飯或意粉,即可供食。

half cup of slided red pepper

half cup of slided green pepper

half cup of slided musroom

2 cup of cream soup

1 chicken

1 egg yolk

1 spoon of wine

rice( it depends how many people need to make)



seasoning

salt

pepper

butter

( all of these depends how many people need to make)



Method

1. heat the pot and add some oil, fried thr onion, red pepper, green pepper, musroom.

2. then add the chicken, cream soup, boil them for a while

3. when you eat, add the egg yolk, wine. and the seasoning, mixed them with the rice.
