乳香茄汁蝦

乳香茄汁蝦

草蝦-4尾,聖女蕃茄-5個,蒜泥-1茶匙,牛奶-120㏄

 蕃茄醬-1湯匙,高湯-2湯匙,酒-少許



1.草蝦略炸,蒜泥炒香加入蕃茄及牛奶
2.調味料入蝦,轉小火收乾即可盛盤,撒上些許紫高麗菜裝飾即可
