芒果奶凍
Mango mousse
材料: Ingredients:
芒果2個mango2 nos.
魚膠粉2茶匙gelatinepowder2 tsp.
熱水6湯匙hot water6 Tbsp
粟粉2茶匙cornflour2 tsp.
糖4湯匙sugar4 Tbsp.
牛奶250毫升milk250 ml
芒果啫哩粉2茶匙mango jelly powder2 tsp.
蜜餞車厘子1顆glace cherry1 no.
Utensils:
mixing bowlmeasuring jug
wooden spoonsmall saucepan
medium saucepanteaspoon
tablespoonutility bowls
serrated knifeplastic chopping board

方法:Method:
1.將一個芒果去皮後切成小粒,1. Remove the skin of the 另一個則去皮後搓爛。 mangoes.
