翠玉濃湯 


乾燥海苔......2兩
魩仔......3兩
鹽......1茶匙
味精......少許少許
麻油......少許少許
 


1.將乾燥海苔用3碗水泡發後煮沸。
2.俟煮至黏稠狀,加入魩仔及鹽再煮沸,加入味精、淋數滴麻油即可。
